I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. This means that I am a registered nurse with a graduate degree in mental health that prepared me for diagnostics, prescription prescribing and management of mental health conditions comparable to a psychiatrist. I personally believe my holistic way of addressing mental health problems make me more desirable to the patients that seek my services than a psychiatrist. I find that patients are tired of the medication- centric services of  most psychiatrists these days. They want something more.

More valuable to me than my original degree, I have over 27 years of experience in health care working with children, adolescents and adults. I also have a Minor in Cross Cultural Health Care which gives me special insight and a love of working with people of different cultures.

I have the ability to do psychiatric evaluations, counseling, psychotherapy and prescribe medication where applicable. I am also interested and will respect and honor your religious/spiritual practices and welcome people of all faiths and philosophies!
